And the thing is it wasn't only the German/Austrian industrialists and bankers.

What about Japan? Italy? And the pseudo-neutral Spain and Portugal? Their business partners in the so-called free world?

France is the one place where at least some of these guys actually got some punishment.

Other than that, nada.
